Murine monoclonal IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 are purified from crude ascites or serum samples by Protein A column Chromatography.

Please note:
Concentration of antibody IgG in ascites: 0.9 - 10 mg/ml
Concentration of total IgG in rabbit serum: 10 mg/ml

(B) Antigen Affinity Chromatography
Antibodies can be purified by affinity chromatography. Column will be specifically prepared using your antigen. Samples containing antigen specific antibodies will be passed through the column. Antibody will then be purified after elution from this specifically prepared chromatography column.
